• Conducting all sorts of legal compliance with various Government organizations to protect the interest of the client.
• Land procurement for new project per requirement of the clients.
• Drafting & vetting of various sorts of Agreements/Deeds and providing opinion on the same safeguarding the interest of the clients.
• Vetting of the property documents to ensure title and ownership of the landowner.
